Product Introduction
The exhaust gas purification tower operates in gas-liquid counterflow, and the extracted exhaust gas enters the tower body through the bottom inlet, passes through the packing layer from bottom to top, and finally exits the pipeline at the top of the towerDischarged by anti-corrosion fan. The neutralizing solution is evenly sprayed into the packing layer through a liquid distributor at the top of the tower, flowing down along the surface of the packing layer until it reaches the bottom of the tower. It is then discharged from the tower through a pipeline and circulated by an anti-corrosion circulation pump. Due to the continuous contact between the rising exhaust gas and the falling absorbent in the packing layer, the concentration of solutes in the rising gas flow becomes lower and lower. When it reaches the top of the tower, it meets the absorption requirements and is discharged outside the tower. On the contrary, the concentration of the medium in the decreasing liquid increases, and when it reaches the bottom of the tower, it meets the process requirements and is discharged outside the tower.
Operating instructions
1. Preparation before startup:
① Check the liquid level in the circulation tank, replenish immediately when the liquid level is below the mark, and adjust the concentration of the circulation liquid at the same time;
2. Startup steps:
① Turn on the power control system;
② Turn on the circulating pump, and after about 60 seconds, the fan will start;
3. Normal operation inspection items
① Check if the fan is running normally. After the fan is turned on for 30 minutes, check if the temperature rise of the oil bath bearing seat is between 60-80 ℃ for normal operation;
② Check for any abnormal friction sounds from the windmill, and feel that there is no obvious vibration on the windmill casing;
③ Check if the circulation pump is operating normally and if there is any water leakage; Is the nozzle spraying water normally;
④ Check whether each valve is in the correct switch position;
⑤ Check the working condition of the water pump, regularly inspect and clean the sediment inside the nozzle head;
⑥ Check if the dosing pump is working properly, regularly remove impurities from the medicine box, and prevent blockage of the suction port;
⑦ Strictly prohibit pouring high concentration and large doses of liquid medicine into the water tank. This abnormal behavior will cause the collapse of the packing bracket inside the tower and serious damage to the water tank.
4. Shutdown precautions
① Check whether each device is working properly and propose maintenance precautions for the equipment during shutdown;
②After shutdown, the medication in the dosing tank should be replenished,Replace or replenish the oil in the bearing seat of the FRP fan, reinforce the sealing area of the water pump, remove sediment from the tower body, and check whether the nozzle is blocked by debris;
③ Check whether each inlet and outlet valve is in normal working condition, and whether it opens and closes flexibly and effectively;
④ Before stopping the machine, check that all indicator lights in the electrical control box are turned on and the green light is on.
5. Shutdown steps:
① Close the automatic water replenishment valve;
② Open the drain valve in the tower water tank to lower the water level by 1/4-1/3
④ Turn off the circulating water pump;
⑤ Drain the water for about 10-20 minutes, confirm that the water level drops by 15-20cm (i.e. 1/4-1/3 of the water level drops), and then turn off the FRP fan;
⑤ Turn off the system power.
